Returns and Exchanges

Returns and/or exchanges will be accepted within 20 days of the ship date.  Exchanges may be made for similar item of same cost. 

Refunds will be processed for the amount paid prior to shipping and tax. 

 

CLEARANCE AND RETIRING PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Product must be in new, unworn condition and without odor.  If the item you have returned does not meet "like new" standards the customer will receive store credit for the cost of the items returned. We WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE. 

As soon as your return is received, it will be processed.

Refunds: You will receive email notification when your refund has been issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges: You will be notified when your new product has been shipped along with your new tracking number. If a requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically and you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.

*Original shipping costs will not be refunded

Fat Cat Fitness is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Fat Cat Fitness is not responsible for any package(s) once it has been received by the shipping partner (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL).

Orders returned for insufficient address will not be reshipped. Customer will be notified and the order will be refunded except for the shipping costs.
